Filling
1/3 broccoli head
3 stalks of spring onion
1 big tbs panang curry paste
about 150g soya strips
3 tsp vegetable stock powder
1/2 cauliflower head
400g canned tomatoes
coriander spice
5 garlic cloves
canola oil
- Oil up a cast iron pan and fry up the onions and curry paste
- Add the broccoli and the soya strips (that you have had in boiling water for a while)
- Put in the cauliflower and spices
- Then add the tomatoes and garlic
- Let it simmer for while
Topping
1 natural tofu
5-6 garlic cloves
1/2 dl canola oil
2 tps vegetable stock powder
water
- Put in the blender and let it mix up to a smooth paste!
- Put the filling in an oiled pan and add the topping
- Have it in the oven for about 20min in 250°C
- Enjoy!

1 tbs tahini
